My Baby Boy is THREE!
Today my little chubby Seth turned 3 years old. 3 weeks ago Seth was still our baby, our little guy. We came home from the hospital with Inger and Anika to find that Seth had grown into a big kid! :)
Seth is a great joy in our family. He loves to play, look at books, and is one of those children that can play on their own for long periods of time. At lunch time, Seth wants a quesadilla. Never anything else, just a quesadilla. Picky eater? Only at lunchtime. At breakfast and at dinner, he will eat just about anything and ask for seconds.
Seth is quick to say "thank you." Last night Erik had blown up balloons for Seth to find in the morning. This morning when the kids all found the balloons and were going nuts playing with them, Seth paused after a moment and ran up to Erik, "THANK YOU DAD!" and was back to playing. He is like this all the time and Erik and I appreciate his grateful attitude.
For breakfast Seth requested strawberries, french toast and milk.
For lunch he requested quesadillas, of course, but we went swimming,
so we packed peanut butter and jelly. Then for dinner he requested chicken burritos (with homemade salsa and cilantro-lime ranch dressing). Instead of cake, he asked for ice cream cones. From his family he received some hot wheels, a Mater remote control car, some dinosaur coloring and activity books, Toy Story coloring pages (the over-sized kind), and etc.

Happy Birthday to our cuddly Seth!
And just because...
