Museum

Recently we took the kids to the Museum of Nature and Science in Denver. Here are a some pictures - only a small amount of the cool exhibits we enjoyed.

There was a really cool health exhibit - a rock climbing wall,

a walkway that measured your walk and then you could watch yourself and see how you look when you walk. That blue figure was Seth.

There was a thing that would test your ability to relax your mind.

No matter how hard Rhys is trying to relax, you just can't compete with the blank "huh?" of a three year old! Seth killed him.

Seth riding a wolf. I kept wanting to say some line from The Never-Ending Story or something.

Shhh! Maybe he won't see us!

The twins were just chillin'...except for when they were nursing or pooping through their clothes and all over their carseats. Which they both did...Inger did it twice. I think we nursed and changed diapers in just about every exhibit. Seriously girls? You're so easy-going when we're at HOME. Inger's second poop explosion was worse than we thought. It happened in a pretty dark exhibit. We thought it was bad, but we didn't realize how bad. Some how she managed to shoot it straight through the slit the seatbelt comes out of and so when we got to the car and took their carseats out, we found a POOL of poop in the basket of the stroller! And what you see in the picture below is AFTER one of their blankets had fallen down there and soaked some of it up! WhAt!?

It was a great time, though. Poop and all.
